How to proceed?

Dear Parents

Are you interested in a family-oriented, flexible and individual care for your child in a qualified day care family?

We will be happy to give you initial information by telephone.

We will start arranging a childcare place once we have received the registration form for parents and the registration fee of CHF 150.00 has been credited to our postal account: IBAN CH20 0900 0000 8007 9599 3. 

The registration fee for authorities (kjz, schools, requests for cost forecasts, etc.) is Fr. 300.00.

Afterwards, we will contact you to arrange an initial meeting and clarify your needs. We arrange childcare in the region Zürcher Unterland.

Under the heading "Municipalities" you can see which municipalities work with us and how the subsidies for childcare in your municipality are regulated. On the page of your municipality or under Downloads you will find all the necessary forms for registration, the financial information sheet and any application for subsidies or municipal contributions.

We would be happy to find a suitable day care family for you.

What do we offer you?

• Qualified, individual care in a daycare family for your child.
• We clarify your needs in an initial conversation and try to find the best possible childcare place for your child.
• We establish contacts with caregivers and, if mutually agreed, regulate the care relationship with a care contract with the parents and an employment contract with the caregiver.
• We prepare you and the caregiver for their common Task.
• We accompany you and the caregiver in childcare issues and conduct a location interview with you and the caregiver at least once a year.
• In difficult situation we search for solutions together with all parties involved.

What do you agree to?

• You acknowledge the role and responsibility of the caregiver.
• You adhere to agreed care times and are committed to good cooperation.
• You give your child and the caregiver the time they need to get used to the new environment (info sheet under Downloads).
• You take the time for regular conversation with the caregiver.
• When we calculate subsidies for your community, you commit yourself to transparency and fairness regarding your income.
• We cannot give any guarantee for a successful mediation. If the search is unsuccessful, the registration fee will not be refunded.
